John Dempsey has been in mortgage lending since 1989. He moved his family from Dallas Texas to South Bend, Indiana in 1989 to develop the mortgage center for various lending related institutions, eventually joining Data-Vision and the First Virtual family of banks. It is this relationship that allows First Virtual to bring a higher level of mortgage lending to our local market. He is an FHA, VA and Conventional Underwriter and focuses his attention on placing the right couple in the right mortgage. He has worked extensively with credit impaired borrowers and has assisted thousands of families through the home-buying process. He is Pro-Realtor and is passionate about mortgage lending. He is the proud father of four and grandfather of two perfect angels.
